Sacred Soul Meditations are spoken-word meditations with music, created to bring comfort, healing, spiritual awakening, and remembrance of who we are in God. Each meditation is offered as a sacred listening experience for the heart, mind, and spirit — a quiet place to pause, breathe, receive, and remember the presence of the Good Lord within.

These meditations may be used wherever peace, prayer, encouragement, and the healing presence of God are needed — for the sick and shut-in, hospital visits, hospice and caregiving settings, spiritual retreats, prayer and meditation groups, church women’s gatherings, grief support, quiet home meditation, and personal times of reflection and renewal.
